We are more than 99% on time for our appointments. And if circumstances cause us to be late by as little as one minute, we will call you and let you know.

Call us and find out. We don’t believe in answering services, cumbersome phone trees, or playing phone tag. Rather we believe in respecting your time and being there for you immediately.

FreedomCar is flexible.
We understand that life happens, and responding to last minute needs is part of our job. We'll do our best to respond to changes in your travel needs with little or no fees attached. We ask for fees only to cover costs that have been incurred.

FreedomCar is uniquely recognizable.
There is no mistaking us for other companies. All of our cars are a red wine color, with identifying logos discreetly placed on the vehicle for ease of identification. Our drivers are uniformed in monogrammed shirts and jackets. No cheap suits, no stretch limos—just a smart presentation for smart people.

FreedomCar does not accept tips.
This is far more important than it appears. We have removed any conflicts of interest that otherwise would exist between a driver’s personal income and the type of appointment to which he or she is assigned. More than any other reason, this is responsible for our remarkable record of timeliness.

FreedomCar has one rate system. One, for everyone.
Corporate or residential, frequent or one time users, every customer receives the same excellent treatment for the same fair price.

FreedomCar is locally owned and operated.
We are non-franchised, we control our own assets, own our own cars and employ our own staff. We are not expanding to multiple markets no matter how often we are asked to do so. We will not merge, buy, or be bought. We are a staple to the local community, and that’s just the way we like it.
