FreedomCar offers you several options for payment.
- We accept all major credit cards and in-state checks for established accounts.
- For corporate, institutional accounts, or frequent users we can invoice weekly where all invoices are payable upon receipt.
- You may set up a family account in whatever amount you wish. We will send you monthly statements about the status of the account so that you may replenish the funds when appropriate.
Important pricing guidelines to remember when you price compare:
- No gratuities are ever accepted.
- The price estimate we quote includes all fees with the exception of tolls and parking, and in Maryland there are no additional sales taxes.
- The only way our fees change is if the service parameters change.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that your plans change, and we do everything in our power to accommodate these changes with a minimum amount of additional cost to you. For that reason, we have devised the following cancellation policy, applicable to car and single vehicle services (*see below for vans, etc.). Each situation is different and we also reserve the right to charge less than what is quoted below, based upon the discretion of managers and owners of FreedomCar.
Our goal is very simple: We must recover costs, but we never profit from changes in your plans.
For cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, there will be no fee.
For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service, we reserve the right to charge a $15 administrative fee.
For cancellations made on the same day of the scheduled service, but for which we have not yet moved the vehicle, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the estimated service value.
For cancellations made once the car is in route, we reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the estimated service value at the discretion of FreedomCar.
* The rules for van and multi-vehicle services are different and somewhat less forgiving, since they tie up more of our system and involve more administrative time. For these types of service a deposit is often necessary, and cancellation fees may be applicable within 72 hours of the scheduled service rather than 24. That is at the discretion of FreedomCar managers, and varies based upon the complexity of the assignment. However, the principle remains that we will make no money on your changes of plans. If you have van or multi-vehicle assignment for us, please call and we’ll discuss whatever additional exposure to cancellation fees you might have.
